General Admission Policy

Welcome to MAGICPLAYGROUND! To keep every visit safe and fun for everyone, please review our admission policy before you arrive.

Admission & Pricing

  • General admission is $22 and includes 1 child + 1 adult.
  • Each additional adult is $5.

Grip Socks Required

  • Non-slip grip socks are required for everyone entering the play areas. Bring your own or purchase a pair for $4 at the front desk.

Waiver Required

  • A signed waiver is required for every child and adult, completed on the same day as your visit. Show your waiver and ticket at the front desk on arrival.

Supervision

  • Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. MAGICPLAYGROUND does not provide childcare or supervision services.

Age-Appropriate Zones

  • Our play zones are organized by age and size. Please keep children in the areas designed for their age group.

Tickets & Re-Entry

  • Admission tickets are valid only for the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
  • Same-day re-entry is allowed with a hand stamp.

Outside Food

  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the play areas. Coffee, snacks, and drinks are available at our café. Outside food is allowed only with a booked party.

Health & Conduct

  • Please do not visit if you or your child are feeling unwell.
  • All guests must follow our Guest Policy and staff instructions. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke entry, without refund, for unsafe or disruptive behavior.
