Guest Policy

We want every child and family to have a safe, clean, and happy visit. By entering MAGICPLAYGROUND, all guests agree to follow these rules.

Socks & Clothing

  • Non-slip grip socks are required for everyone in the play areas. No shoes in the play areas.
  • Please remove or secure jewelry, sharp objects, and items in pockets before playing.

Supervision

  • Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times. MAGICPLAYGROUND does not provide childcare.

Safety Rules

  • Go down slides feet-first, one at a time. No climbing up the slides.
  • No pushing, shoving, rough play, or running outside the play areas.
  • No food, drinks, gum, or candy inside the play structures.
  • Use all equipment as intended and within the posted age and size guidelines.
  • Follow all posted signs and the instructions of our staff.

Health & Hygiene

  • Please stay home if you or your child are sick, have a fever, or have a contagious condition.
  • Diaper changes in the restrooms only — not in the play or seating areas.
  • Please wash or sanitize hands before and after play.

Food & Drink

  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the play areas; coffee and snacks are available at our café. Outside food is allowed only with a booked party.
  • Please notify our staff of any food allergies.

Respect & Privacy

  • Be kind and respectful to other guests and our team.
  • For everyone's privacy, please photograph only your own children.
  • Smoking, vaping, alcohol, and weapons are strictly prohibited.

Personal Property

  • MAGICPLAYGROUND is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Our Right to Act

For the safety and comfort of all guests, MAGICPLAYGROUND may ask anyone who does not follow these rules to leave, without refund.
